Boomerang Boys
June 18, 2007 on 1:35 pm | In Backstage Pass, General Musing |When I was growing up I never thought I particularly wanted kids, but sometime in my mid-20s some hormone tap got jostled to the “on” position and suddenly I didn’t just want children, I needed them. They looked so cute on all my friends. I just HAD to get some of my own. But what they don’t tell you is, once you have them, there ain’t nothing you can do about it.
Kids are like the last five pounds of your diet. Oh, you can try to lose them. Lord knows I did. But let your guard down for one minute… and BOOM. They’re back. It’s going to be a long summer.
