		<description>Eva, I believe that this same, sad song is being sung all over America.  The root cause is that people aren&#039;t speeding like they used to because it costs too much gasoline.  Without income from speeders, cities are looking for income in other violations.

Last week, I received a parking ticket.  There was no parking on this street from 10:00 to 12:00 due to street cleaning. The time stamp on the ticket is 10:01.  According to my atomic watch, I was back at the truck but 10:03, and Rita had scored at least three other vehicles by then.  I imagined Rita sitting in her golf cart at the end of the block, counting down the time until 10:00 like NASA.</description>
